#1 Signed Tax Engagement Letter,
#2 Signed Audit Representation Letter (if you chose to enroll in this service),
#3 Payment to Smeriglio Associates LLC, and
#4 Completed Tax Questionnaire & Organizer, as well as supporting tax documents
